hello everyone an update for the following sets, i have been in contact with qxpress the past few days due to the miscommunication. i had emailed them with regards to the parcel as i had gotten a notification about it being disposed off without any prior noticed when i asked them for a redelivery a few days prior. they had refunded me partially in terms of qmoney (which i know helps no one) so i have requested whether it is possible for them to refund actual money to me instead. will update further once i get a response!
