with that being said, i will be taking time today and tomorrow to clear my chats and reply to everyone as it is just not possible for me to do so many things at once. i will be replying from the bottom up so try not to bump within the next 24-48 as it will push your chats to the top making it longer for me to get to you.

for those who have pending mails, i will also sort out the pcs that you have with me and mailing at the same time. you will get a photo proof of your pcs and add check at the same time as well.

i plan to finish all orders and mailing by February latest. after that i will be closing both channels for good. i apologize for all of the shortcomings on my end.

hihii, i have been sending add checks since monday as fast as i am able to pack. to those who have replied, thank you. it’ll be mailed on the weekends.

i understand everyone wants to get your items asap, but it is getting increasing difficult for me when multiple people keep bumping me less than 24 hours consistently for a reply as it moves your chat to the top.

as mentioned, i am replying from the bottom up and i also am following the order of the spreadsheet.

please understand that i am unable to priortize one person before anyone else. if i do that for one person then i will have to do it for everyone. then there no point of me going through my chat fair and square.

i am also getting messages wanting to threaten me with blacklists if i don't reply fast enough after multiple bumps as i am unable to priorize you over others for example.

there are certain days of the weekday now where i am working so my replies might not be fast hence why i try to reply within 24 hours also.

i also hope that people would stop contacting me on whatsapp as that is separate for my personal use such as family and work. i understand you want to get a reply from me asap but please only contact me on telegram. please also do not call me on telegram to get me to reply to you faster. all whatsapp messages and calls from this moment onwards will be deleted and blocked.

i feel like i am being hounded 24/7 when you call and message me on telegram and on whatsapp.

please also only contact me and none of my friends. contacting my friends is really uncalled for. your deal is with me and not with them.

again, weekdays are for me to pack and send add checks. and weekends are for me to mail out items. so i am unable to mail on the weekdays as i am doing all mailings on weekends.

if you are combining orders with your friends, i will only contact the person that fills up the form. please do not have any of your other friends pm me at the same time as it’ll only confuse and delay me even more.

i am also really sorry on my end for the delay on replies or pms to get to you that exceeds 24 hours, but the delays are all due to these.

i hope to get everyone's understanding on this. i am really trying to reply to all messages as fast as i can.

i will be resuming mailing and meetups from 9th Dec onwards.

i will be making a separate spreadsheet for collated items to be collected that will be up by the 8th Dec so that it's easier to see what items can already be collected.

meetups will generally be on the weekends at centralised locations such as town area. if you have bulkier items, i will also put up the options for lalamove or courier. any other modes of collection can be discussed together so please just dm me to confirm and discuss.

aniteez japan orders have arrived at my kadd and i will ship them out to sg soon after collecting sp. currently due to the heavy snowfall, my warehouse has suspended all deliveries. i will forward it to sg as soon as they are safely able to.

again, as i have mentioned, all the buyers in the Thunder group order can attest to except for this one case, everyone who have ordered the Thunder merch HAVE received their orders with NO problems at all. i did both mailing and meetups for this group order as some items were bulky.

case is supposed to closed and i resolved this to the best that i can with initially giving alternative options and then giving a refund out of my own pocket at my own loss despite my t&c and regardless of the mailing fee so i don't understand why this keeps coming up over and over again when the buyer herself replied "appreciate your prompt resolution and closing this matter".

all orders were accounted for, and i personally sent everyone a pic of their order before mailing it out. i have given the refund two months ago. the matter is supposedly resolved and closed as per their words.

again there is no reason for me to be wasting my own money over this, which is a little over $100. i don't have that extra amount on me to be wasting money like that.

it is up to you to decide whether you still want to deal with me as i have already stopped opening group orders or sharings to catch up and settle all current orders. i will no longer be bringing in or opening any listings moving forward. i will also be closing this channel once all orders have been settled.

hihii, i would like to put out my side of story to the bl that was posted about me.

1. this was from my very first group order that was done at the start of the year - the thunder merch. the buyer and her friend had gotten scammed by a kseller and i offered her to place an order with me as i was taking orders for the thunder merch at the point of time. items have all arrived and EVERYONE that ordered has gotten their items either through meetup or mailing with no issues at all.

2. i do mail at various singpost locations - mainly suntec (now closed), ion, serangoon central, hougang, sengkang and harbourfront center as those outlets are the nearest to my work place and where i stay. so i apologise on my end for any mixup on the location as i mail whenever i am on break or whenever i have pockets of time to at these locations, and i could be mailing out items at 2 different outlets in a day due to the limited time i am able to.

3. tracked labels and packing materials are expensive as it is. after the first mail was sent back, the subsequent one was from my own pocket. the $0.50 extra from the cost i charge for tracked mailing barely covers the expenses of tracked labels and packing materials. so there is no reason for me to be wasting labels, packing materials, my time and money.

4. i am truly sorry that the buyer was not able to track or receive their items in the end. i have issued a full refund on my end and we have settled the issue between us. if you are not aware, singpost do recycle the tracking number on the tracked labels. and it has happened to me as well, where the tracking either states delivered with a date stated months before or the tracking simply just didn’t work. i am sorry but at the same time, that is not something i can control as well.

5. aside from qexpress and US merch (reaching sg soon) items such as aniteez, summer pb, etc have arrived but mailing and collection is on hold for now as i am hospitalised. again i am sorry but there nothing i can do about mailing and collection for now as i am not at home to double check the items, pack and mail them myself. i promise that i will get to them as soon as i am discharged.

6. i know i am just a small channel that just started out and that also means i don’t have years of reviews or credibility to back up my service towards the buyers that have ordered from me. but i am also doing my best. at the same time i apologise and i am sorry that my best is seen as not enough to you.
