In case you didn’t know, per ARS 16- 823 Section C, each legislative District must hold an Organizational meeting no later than Saturday, December 7th. An Organizational meeting is one in which the District’s elected precinct committeeman elect their new Board Officers and State Committeeman for the next 2-year term.
It has come to my attention that some PCs do not know when their organizational meeting will be held or how to apply to be a candidate for the Board or a State Committeeman.

Please reach out to me personally if you are feeling left in the dark on this VERY important meeting. As your Member-at-Large (County & State) I want to make sure you are well informed and have a clear understanding on how to proceed in the event you wish to take part in your District’s organizational meeting.
