Ingredients
1.5 Cup Ice
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
2 TBSP Peanut Butter Powder
1/4 Cup Raw Oats
1 TSP Cinnamon
1 TINY Pinch Cayenne Pepper
1 Tiny Pinch Pink Sea Salt
2 TBSP Raw Honey
2 TSP Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for one minute!

1 cup strawberry
1 cup spinach
1 green apple
¼ small avocado
½ tablespoon flax seeds
½ tablespoon chia seeds
½ cup almond milk

Ingredients
2 cups Banana, frozen slices
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
5/8 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp Coconut
1 tblp raw honey
1/2 cup Vanilla greek yogurt or kefir
Combine blueberries, 1 cup banana slices, 1/2 cup coconut milk in blender. Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides if necessary. Transfer mixture to a bowl and clean blender.
Combine pineapple, remaining 1 cup banana slices, yogurt or kefir, coconut, honey and 2 tablespoons milk in blender. Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides if necessary.
Layer smoothie mixtures by spooning blue mixture into glasses. Spoon yellow mixture on top and follow with another layer of blue mixture.
TIP: Use a knife or small spatula to swirl the blue and yellow layers.
