A study conducted by researchers from the Max Planck Institute for Human Development and the Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf examined the effects of birdsong on mood, paranoia, and cognitive functioning.
The study suggests listening to just six minutes of birdsong can alleviate feelings of anxiety, depression, and paranoia in healthy individuals.
Incorporating birdsong into your daily routine may be a simple and natural way to support mental well-being.
What do you think? Are we living in a multiverse?
? Google’s quantum chip, Willow, recently performed a task in under five minutes that would take the fastest supercomputers longer than the age of the universe to solve. This astonishing leap in quantum computing has some scientists wondering: does this point to the existence of parallel universes?
While Google's Quantum AI team hinted at the idea, others are more cautious, saying it’s not quite proof of a multiverse—at least, not yet. But here’s the bigger question: if the multiverse is real, what does that mean for us? For how we view reality, choice, and connection?
This discovery is a reminder of how much we still don’t know—and the power of curiosity to expand our understanding of what’s possible. The multiverse may not be confirmed, but it’s sparking important conversations about the nature of existence.
It can feel disorienting when everything is upside down. But not much changes on Earth when things don’t feel upside down.

Somehow I think this would be one of the only interviews worth listening to given Rogan won't let her side step an real questions.
Harris' team is obviously taking a huge risk if they do this, which is why they likely won't, but it would be interesting nonetheless.
Then again, he may only get a list of approved questions and a short leash...
