أين الوفاء بالعهود لضمان استقرار سوريا الجديدة؟

الهيئة في الأيام الأولى أعطت ضمانات لكل الطوائف والأقليات، ووعدت بعدم التعرض لدور العبادة والمقدسات.

نأمل أن يلتزموا بهذه العهود والوعود.

ما نراه اليوم في مدينة السيدة زينب هو عكس ذلك؛ حيث تم اقتحام مساجد الطائفة الشيعية، والاستيلاء عليها، وتغيير أسمائها.

نأمل من قيادة الهيئة أن توقف هذه التصرفات على الفور لضمان أمن واستقرار سوريا الجديدة.

ملاحظة: المدينة مليئة بمساجد أهل السنة ولم يتم التعرض لها طوال سنوات الأزمة والح_رب.
بل تم بناؤها على يد مؤسسات شيعية كمؤسسة ج_ها_د البناء.

What is happening in the Martyrs' Cemetery in Sayyida Zeinab is a shocking and unacceptable violation of the values ​​upon which our society was founded. This sacred place, which represents a great symbolism of sacrifice and struggle, has today become vulnerable to vandalism and tampering.

That the violations have reached the point of violating the sanctity of the dead and destroying graves is clear evidence of the absence of law and the loss of discipline in the region. What is happening now is not only an insult to the memory of the martyrs, but it is a threat to the social fabric that is based on respect for sanctities and shared symbols.

Where are the guarantees?

The promises that the Commission initially made to protect sanctities and respect the freedom of sects have become a major question today. How can such violations that disregard all religious and human values ​​be allowed to occur?

A clear message:

The vandalism of the Martyrs' Cemetery is a red line that must not be crossed. These violations are not only a threat to the past, but also a threat to the future of Syria as a whole. If the Authority is serious about building a state for all its components, it must intervene immediately to control matters and prevent the recurrence of these practices.
