⚡️ Diaa Behary —Co-founder and Chairman

⁃ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical power engineering;
⁃ MSc. in Power plant Engineering;
⁃ Ph.D. researcher and lecturer in Energy Engineering at SPBPU.
⁃ Founder of "I Engineer" team;
⁃ Co-founder and Chairman of an organization "Global Energy Community»;
⁃ Participant of numerous workshops, programs, and events about energy, climate change, and entrepreneurship
⁃ Interests: Hydrogen production, Energy transition, climate change, Entrepreneurahip, and business development.

⚡️Polina Varfolomeeva — Co-founder and Head of the Project Management Team

⁃ Works with small and medium-sized enterprises in a regional business support center;
⁃ PhD-student in international relations at Saint Petersburg State University, Russia;
⁃ The SDG#1 Youth Envoy to Russia;
⁃ Secretary-General of Far Eastern Model UN 2019 to General Assembly Second Committee on ensuring access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all;
⁃ More than 8 years of experience in project management
⁃ Expert in political science and SDGs

⚡️Victoria Silvanovich - Member of the Project Management Team

⁃ A consultant for a consulting company;
⁃ Studies mechanical engineering;
⁃ Volunteer member of the All-Russian hackathon Organisers Team promoting SDG 8;
⁃ Volunteer of the international camp from Service Civil International;
⁃ Participant of the International Forum on Sustainable Development Goals among CIS countries 2022, 2023;
⁃ Participant of the SDG Forum 2023 by Moscow State Institute of International Relations
⁃ Participant of sustainable case championship by recruiting company ANDY and other various case championships
⁃ Main Interests in SDGs: sustainable energy, economic growth (SDG 8), quality education (SDG 4).

⚡️Abdelkader Ibrahim - Lead Graphic Designer of the ESP Program

⁃ Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Science (Egypt, 2020);
⁃ Experience of managing the quality control systems;
⁃ Freelance graphic designer with a special focus on branding (the new incredible ESP logo was created by Abdelkader Ibrahim);
⁃ Budding sustainability and ESG activist.

⚡️ Marina Fedorina - Head of PR for the ESP Team

⁃ Bachelor’s degree in PR and advertising from the MGIMO University, Russia;
⁃ A Master’s student in PR and advertising;
⁃ Interned at the PR Team of the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, Moscow;
⁃ Participant of youth conferences and PR contests in Russia;
⁃ Holds a vocational degree in communication design from the HSE University School of Design (Russia).

We want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the ESP participants for successfully completing the program! Your dedication, hard work, and active participation in developing your projects have truly been remarkable. ??

? Dear ESP participants, the most important stage of our ESP program will begin at 4 PM on the 2nd of March!

? We invite you to present your projects and acquire invaluable feedback from the amazing ESP experts: Rob Veersma, Dimitris Symeonidis and Diana Tereschenko!

You have already had the pleasure of attending the lectures of Mr. Veersma and Mr. Symeonidis, be ready to meet Diana Tereschenko, a seasoned project management professional with over 5 years of experience in strategic planning, building and managing strong multicultural teams, and navigating diverse project environments.

? Diana holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Far Eastern Federal University (Russia) and completed training in project management and leadership from the University of Hong Kong and the University of Oxford! Besides, she is an active member of International Project Management Association YC.

? Make sure to attend and present your projects to complete the program and receive special certificates. We can't wait to see the stellar ideas you all have been working on! ??
