🌳Plant Trees in Jannah🌳

Abu Hurayrah (radiyAllahu ‘anh)  narrated:

The Messenger of Allah (sallAllahu ʿalayhi wa ’aalihi wa sallam) **passed by him while he was planting a plant.

The Messenger of Allah (sallAllahu ʿalayhi wa ’aalihi wa sallam) said,**

“O Abu Hurayrah what are you planting?”

I said: A plant for me.

He said: Would you like me to tell of a plant better than this?

I said: Of course, O Messenger of Allah.
He (sallAllahu ʿalayhi wa ’aalihi wa sallam) said,
**Say:
SubhanAllah and
Ahamdulillah and
La ilaha illAllah, and
Allahu Akbar

for each one a tree will be planted for you in Paradise.**

📓—[Collected by Ibn Majah 3807. Al-Albani (rahimahullah) graded this hadeeth as being saheeh in his checking of Ibn Majah (rahimahullah)]

Ibn al-Qayyim رَحِمَهُ الله —

“Dhikr (Remembrance) of Allāh whips Shayṭān and hurts and tortures him like the whipping of rods...”

Some poor people came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said:

“The wealthy people will get higher grades and will have permanent enjoyment, and they offer prayer like us and observe fast as we do. They have more money by which they perform the Hajj and Umrah, fight and struggle in Allāh's Cause and give in charity.”

The Prophet (ﷺ) said:

“Shall I not tell you a thing upon which if you acted you would catch up with those who have surpassed you? Nobody would overtake you and you would be better than the people amongst whom you live except those who would do the same.

Say Subhan Allah, Alhamdulillah and Allahu Akbar thirty-three times each after every (compulsory) prayer.”

سُبْحَانَ الله وَبِحَمْدِهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ

Allaah is perfect in every way, deserving of all praise. Allaah is perfect in every way, and He is the Greatest.

حَسْبِيَ اللهُ لَآ إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ

Allaah is sufficient for me. None has the right to be worshipped except him. Upon him alone I rely, and He is Lord of the Majestic Throne. [ At-Tawbah (9):129 ]

لاَ إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ المُلْكُ وَلَهُ الحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

There is none worthy of worship except Allaah alone, without any partner. To Him belong all dominion and praise, and He is able to do all things.

رَبَّنَا ءَاتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً
وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّار

Our Lord, grant us good in this world, good in the hereafter, and save us from the torment of the hellfire. [al-Baqarah (2):201]

Prophet ﷺ said:

The way to block the eyes of the Jinn from seeing the private parts of the children of Adam is for one to say "Bismillāh" when he takes off his clothes.
