There have been a ton of updates happening along the way and more to come!

Major updates include:

-USD Trading

We have USD! CoinLion now allows users to in approved states to trade in a number of USD trading pairs including:

BTC-USD, BCH-USD, ETH-USD, LION-USD, LTC-USD, TUSD-USD,
USDC-USD, USDT-USD, ZRX-USD

-ACH bank deposit and withdraws

Users can now quickly and easily connect their bank accounts using their banking credentials. Deposits and withdraws can be made directly to a connected bank account!

-USDT Trading

CoinLion strives to offer a wide variety of digital currencies. USDT is one of the most widely used today. We are excited to offer a number of trading pairs in USDT including:
BTC-USDT, BCH-USDT, ETH-USDT, LION-USDT, LTC-USDT, USDT-USD

-Improved overall look and feel to the user interface

The UI has undergone a series of improvements to provide a cleaner modern look and feel!

System Update Status:

The system update has been completed and marks another milestone in the journey forward for CoinLion!

The CoinLion trading platform is currently available at trade.coinlion.com

This update includes a major backend overhaul to improve performance, security, and stability.

This update also includes several improvements to the UI including the addition of deposit and withdraw transaction data and improved layout related to open orders/order history/ account activity. More UI enhancements are coming including the addition of my portfolio and comprehesive holdings view.

This update also includes the pilot for the integrated liquidity. At this stage there will be increased liquidity in the following trading pairs: ETH_BTC and LTC_BTC.

This is the pilot launch for the integrated liquidity providers. Additional liquidity and market makers will be rolled out for various markets and trading pairs after a short pilot period. Market depth is also expected to increase after the pilot period.

As this is the first release of the increased liquidity in these markets it will take some time to establish historical pricing and volume data. This will cause some charts to appear empty for a period of time. In addition CoinLion is working toward a charting solution to display historical pricing data and pricing data for markets where volume is low in the early stages.

Marketing strategies are being put into place and efforts will be increasing in the coming weeks and months. The focus will be on driving user growth and trading volume.

Note: This is the first release of the new system we still may encounter changes/fixes that need to be made. There are several UI bugs that are visual only and due to time constraints will be corrected in the coming week. For issues or feedback please email [email protected]

The team continues to work through the system update. While much of the update is complete there are several components that needed extra attention.

Part of this update includes an overhaul to the ETH backend, and additional time is needed to allow Ethereum to fully synchronize.

This system update includes:

Increased liquidity in several markets. This will be the pilot for liquidity providers and market makers. We expect to further increase liquidity in additional markets after a short pilot period lasting 1-2 weeks.

Btc enabled deposits and withdraws, as well as increased liquidity in several btc markets.

Performance improvements to the backend matching engine and wallet services

A number of bug fixes and performance optimizations related to the UI

We estimate an additional 12-24 hours for the update to be completed.
