I went to a vibration & frequency therapy last night in my local area.

It was oriental gongs, tibetan gold bowls, ocean discs, and some other stuff.

it was -amazing-.

For those of you that don't know, Gong/vibration therapy essentially "zeros out" your bodies built-up vibrational patterns.  So if you're feeling shitty (either mentally or physically), the Gong vibration serves as an emulsion, or a reset, to wipe out your current vibration/frequency, and starts you over.

It takes about 48 hours for your body to re-engage it's own vibrational pattern.  During that time, you essentially feel out of whack.  That's exactly how I feel today.  I couldn't sleep last night, and I feel extremely lathargic today.

Although this sucks to feel this way, it's essential to "start over" from a vibrational & frequency standpoint.

With all of that said, I cannot go Live tonight.  I need rest to let my body heal, and build back its proper vibrational sequence.
