Lawfare is in play on Dane County case # 24CF328.

I am requesting reviews of misconduct by District Attorney's
Ismael Ozanne, David Brown in the case of:
State vs. Peter Bernegger.

Court records of a criminal complaint being served by Ismael Ozanne without an accompanied summons to Peter Bernegger was either dereliction to duty or lawfare.

An arraignment of 4-1-2024 was scheduled on the criminal complaint, however no summons to appear was filed into the court case, nor was Peter Bernegger serve a summons as required by law.

Dismissal on 4-01-2024 was mandated by state statutes.

Mark Fremgen did not ascertain that a summons was never served.

State statutes concerning criminal complaints and accompanied summons are not subject to interpretation by the courts.

The statutes are very clear, dismissal was required on 4-1-2024, instead the derelict and corrupt court commishioner Mark Fremgen ordered an illegal arrest warrant without probable cause.
The continuation of case 24CF328 after 4-01-2024 proves the court are complicit in lawfare.

I am in reciept of your correspondence dated 6-13-2024 concerning filed, signed complaints against Ismael Ozanne and William Brown.

There is nothing personal and confidential of public servants abusing their positions in office.

I find your lack of dedication towards transparency and accountability disturbing . Even more disturbing is your lack of effort to ascertain facts.

Ozanne's ommissions of duty are negligence, or worst yet lawfare against the public, a criminal act.

Brown's lack of candor towards the tribunal indicates complicity.

The facts of my complaint are not allegations, but an accurate accounting of evidence supported by court records and ommissions of duty.

Judge Nicholas McNamara's proceedings on 5-21-2024 used the word "invitation" which continued the lawfare against Peter Bernegger.

The court's are ripe for the public seeking justice.

The days of cover ups are over, perhaps you too are guilty of lawfare.
