First, let’s look at the technicality of things. What we are feeling is felt by many more before us and they have created a mind map for us to track down - the why’s of it and how to break this cycle.

Step 1:

When the notification came, it made you distressed. Feel it, embrace it, even if it is negativity. Be it anger, frustration, demotivation, and stress coming from these 😔! FEEL IT, don’t run, and don’t let your mind protect you from it. It is okay, it will be uncomfortable but it is necessary 😌.

By doing that these emotions will wash out 🌊 and you will have a new perspective towards things because the reaction stage is over now and….

Step 2:

All that you have done is not a waste, it had led you here.

✅ First revise the previous topics and then decide what new topic you can cover.

✅ Analyse how much time is required if you are covering new topics and how much they can advantage you in the exam.

✅ Make a practical plan that is achievable and within your capabilities.
