Seena Chacko failed to stop after crashing into the cyclist, carrying on driving with the bicycle underneath her car

She appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on 21 November to be sentenced for this and failing to stop after a road accident, no licence and no insurance.

She originally pleaded guilty to causing serious injury by dangerous driving, but the 62-year-old cyclist subsequently died and the charge was amended.

Four years in prison for taking someone’s life isn’t really a punishment or a deterrent. This entitled Indian didn’t have a drivers license either, meaning this death should have been avoided

This case is one of many that highlights the urgency of a remigration program
