? Explaining The Nolus Reserve Contract ?

The Nolus reserve contracts act as a safety net for the protocol, shielding lenders from financial instability caused by in-protocol debt due to external or internal factors.

? Let's Decrypt ?

1️⃣ These reserves tackle inefficiencies such as delayed liquidations from faulty price movements, derivatives price de-pegging, or technical failures. They are automatically funded by lease liquidation spreads and swap fees. ?

2️⃣ In times of need, these contracts autonomously resolve system inefficiencies, ensuring the protocol remains healthy at all times. ?

3️⃣ For instance, if a lease position asset drops by over 70% within a single block time, the Nolus protocol triggers liquidation. If the proceeds don't cover the outstanding debt, the reserves step in to cover the shortfall, safeguarding lenders from financial losses. ?️

We've made some fantastic improvements to the Lease UI:

? Date Opened: Easily see the date you opened a lease, making tracking and management a breeze.

? Position Health: Get a visual representation of each position's loan-to-value ratio (health) for quick assessments, eliminating the need for complex calculations.

? Faster Lease Transactions: Enjoy faster state querying of contracts, allowing quicker reactions to lease state changes and enhancing overall lease speed.

? Short Contract ID: Leases now display a shortened contract ID for easier referencing and management.

? Other Enhancements:

✔️ Empty Balances: A new checkbox to show/hide small balances in the Assets section for a cleaner and clearer view.

✔️ Transfer Assets: A unified button for sending and receiving assets simplifies navigation in the assets table.
