Maryam bint ‘Abdul Qadir (رحمه الله علها) was a copywriter.

Women would work alongside men to scribe religious books and the Quran. (please take note that this does not mean free mixing, it means doing the same work as men in terms of scribing religious knowledge)

She is said to be one of the women scholars of the 6th Century after Hijri.

She worked on the copywriting of an Arabic dictionary.

“At the end of the work a poignant phrase was written.”

Maryam bint ‘Abdul Qadir (رحمه الله علها) said:

“Please forgive me if you find a mistake in this book, because when I was writing with my right hand I was rocking my son to sleep with my left"

[Reported in 1928 AD by an Iraqi writer and author Abdullatif Chalabi (1945), also Narrated by Abdul Wahid al-Marrakeshi from Andalusia (d. 647 AH)]

Some women were known to prolong their prayer at night. When asked why, one of them replied,

"It beautifies the face and I love to beautify mine."

Muslim women really need to understand what it means to appear infront of the whole world on videos & shorts. Its been like, i wear a hijab and i do what i like on the internet.

Also, cringy muslim couples! If you're wearing a hijab or appearing with your dayyooth husband in videos doesen't mean it doesen't count as tabarruj (wanton display).

Infact it is worse than tabarruj of jahiliyyah since at those times a women displaying herself was seen by only few men of her locality but now muslimahs are showing themselves up to the entire world !!Astaghfirullah.

The most disturbing part is that they think its not even a sin as long as they are covered in hijab & who even cares about the niqab because there is a supposedly a valid difference of opinion surrounding it.

Laa hawla walaa quwwata illa billah.

Muslim sisters, please fear Allah !! And do not fool yourself and remember that Hellfire would be brimming with such women as informed by Rasoolullah صلى الله عليه وسلم.
