We are looking for a talented and passionate Architect Expert who excels in interior design and graphic design for a branding work to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Architect Expert with a strong background in interior design and graphic design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing for branding projects specific on Interior and Graphic Design from concept to completion, ensuring aesthetic excellence and functionality. This role requires a creative individual who can translate client needs into innovative design solutions while maintaining a high standard of technical accuracy and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding architectural designs and plans for residential, commercial, and public buildings.
- Create detailed interior design plans, including space planning, material selection, and furnishings.
- Produce high-quality graphic designs for branding, Social media graphics, presentations, marketing materials, and project proposals.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Utilize architectural software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee the progress and quality of construction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience or portfolio work in interior design and Graphic Design works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural design, interior design, and graphic design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Experience with project management and client relations.
