Energy Update • May 23

At least, for two last linear days, it may be felt, that Human physical structure has to process certain quantity of the higher solar energy; solar energy that is coming directly from the Great Central Sun, - not the physical sun - and, some can notice sensible difference between periods of the time, during, they can easy and fast, for example, run, do a physical work-tasks, and moments - recent days, during, seems that no matter, how fast you try to move and to do things, all feels slow and slower than usual. Almost, pure effort to do anything; also, possible to feel overload, especially, physical. On May 23, there is returning Timeline 2019 - expression of; it brings ~ back exact the same vibrational energy level environment, and for Humanity to find individual / Collective resource fundaments, that helps to shake of "cyber dream" or unconscious drifting in circles and illusions of this linear March, April, May.
A new detail of information, - it has been actually done for about 4 years, but now, after these four years it is better seen, - each and every energy level event, that has happened after 2020, till present moment and also further is Creating a GAP between 2019 (plus January, February of 2020) and, example, this 2024 we are presently. May 17 and May 18, has been on the positive charged higher solar energy wave, and rejuvenation of the Human physical system / crystalline Light Body. Extra healthy linear days after a long time. It was resulting (common for the Collective) in additional surge of individual energy, physical strength, motivation, physical structure felt pampered - restored. On May 18 (Saturday) those Humans, who are "under" Mind; those, who are not divinely awake; also, those who are taken by the corrupt Timeline, or in other terms, - part of the Collective Consciousness-Humanity, who fell back in the MIND (after March 2020), and goes down in the Mind more and more (still), - their function was not enough proper. If there are Cognitive shutdowns, when sometimes higher frequencies affects physical brain function-perception, then, mentioned "their function was not enough proper" is different. On the background of present higher energies ✨☀️✨ - common for the Collective: Hair and skin can feels dirty; peeling of the skin (slight, as if you skipped shower for a day after a long "camp walk" in the summer); drop of the individual energy; for a few past days, even if you eat, you may feel full very fast or eating feels secondary. It can also differ, but, some may experience "bitter taste" (it "comes" from internal organs; I mentioned about it previously; it's possible to feel it many days or it appears - disappears). Bloated belly - "buddha belly". ? Nervous system : Helpful will be natural calmers, like herbal teas, rest, bath for the body or feet, example, with organic essential oils, calm environment-lights-sounds. Explanation: There are three specific "overlays" exposing themselves and making themselves visible:

1. Mental Body relation with the unrestful digestive system. You may notice, that recently (February) Mental Body is bringing forth random memories or already occurred episodes of situations, relationships happening to be part of your experiences. Collective Mental Body (Mind) of the Humanity is "where" mental-mind activities are the most running, reflecting itself, with it, individual Mental Bodies are "picking up" motions and becoming active in the individual level. In the physical Body, - thinking, reactions, memories, generated scenarios, how we are feeling and more is focused "in the belly - tummy area", and digestive system is not only processing the food, but also is trying to process our emotions - thoughts - reactions etc. In one or another way, it can lead to belly aches, diarrhea, bloating, "talkative intestines"…
