Think on this when you see unfamiliar patterns hitting or repeating, particularly in productive or beautiful regions.

The fact of government changing weather is not up for debate. Loads of patents exist, it's been done for decades, and the frequent patterns in the sky (often pretty photos on social media) are obvious. To think that the technology and policy aims for weather control could still be in the 'Happy Days' era, is just naive.
