1. Create a telegram channel and post voice notes regularly, be mindful of needing to speak clearly and coherently, eventually you’ll get better. Practice makes perfect

2. Read out loud

Communication is the most important foundational skill to be an effective man.

Over the last 3 weeks I’ve slowly practiced consuming content in faster speeds

1.5x , then 2x

Now 2x feels slow, before it was too fast for me to understand the speaker

Highly recommend doing this so you can save time listening or watching audiobooks or video content
