For those curious, this certification was provided by TUV SUD and the testing involved rapidly sending, taking and processing thousands of messages, photos, files and apps, to simulate years of use in a short time period. Performance metrics are then taken before and after to see how well the phone holds up.

But if the smartphone stutters anytime, then the performance will be affected and thus it will NOT be fluid anymore. So people can sue OnePlus in court then? And what if OnePlus will then likely defend themselves by asking user to "format data"? lol

In short, useless certification for marketing or just for fake hype

Acer will launch its Smartphones and TVs in India

Indkal Technologies has announced a partnership with Taiwanese Giant Acer to launch Acer-branded smartphones and Acer-branded TVs that will be designed, manufactured, and distributed in India only

The Acer smartphones will be priced between ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 (200$~600$), and will launch later this year

Apple Intelligence, iPhone Mirroring to Mac, and SharePlay Screen Sharing won’t be available in the EU

Apple announced that 3 major features -- Apple Intelligence, iPhone Mirroring to macOS Sequoia, and SharePlay Screen Sharing will not be available in the European Union, when iOS 18 and macOS Sequoia ship later this year due to regulatory concerns relating to compliance with the Digital Markets Act

Apple said in a statement it would compromise “privacy and security" because of EU's DMA Act
Apple also did NOT explain which part of the DMA is getting affected.

Since Apple Intelligence uses AI, it's understandable that it might violate some GDPR or the DMA rules. But what does iPhone mirroring and Share Play has to do with DMA ????

So, it seems like Apple is intentionally restriction features as they are mad over DMA and it's *Apple's way to say "FCK YOU" to the EU
