? Our opinion: During 2017-2018 gaming blockchain projects have been among the most popular ICOs - this industry was considered as one of the key for blockchain adoption. Unfortunately, tokens were generally useless, so the great majority of projects lost in value dramatically. Ultra does not differ much from those projects (decentralized/tokenized Steam alternatives) - so we see a chance for investors only in the short term hoping on the reputation of Bitfinex.

Risks:
• Partnerships are not so strong as it is claimed in promo materials
• Blockchain gaming projects traditionally have bad results and are unnoticed by the market
• Strong monopoly competitors with a significant influence
• Current results of the development cannot be proven
• Token functions do not have anything fundamentally unique, so it is likely to be useless for users
• Too large team that may cause significant cashburn

? Our opinion: we remember this project on our radar since the beginning of 2018 when it was raising funds on seed round. The terms for the current IEO round look highly beneficial for public investors, the team is strong and has already presented their testnet.

Risks:• Tough competition with the similar PoS protocols
• Small allocations for public investors with low probability to win a ticket (by the way, it may be considered as an advantage of the campaign)

? Our opinion: STP is a strange case where the project is directly connected to the GBIC fund. The fund invested in Ankr, Perlin, Aergo, Eximchain, Libra, Icon, Mainframe and many more. Now GBIC launches the network for assets tokenization and attract fund in public. We see it as a suspicious pivot from the fund.

Risks:
• No strong technical specialists in the team, only financial and management professionals
• Lack of technical specifications of the networks
• Digitilized compliance market seems to be narrow in the foreseeable future, and we expect such professional services (not tokenized) to remain quite firm
• Long and unclear roadmap

• No rational grounds for the current round of fundraising (0.5 M USD raising now after the 50 M USD private round)
• High TPS are supported by centralization
• The website is written on WIX - that's unusual for a technology company with so many experienced tech specialists employed
• Too large team that may result in the significant cashburn
