in the 1980's South Africa, then basically ruled by the military, had begun working on a virus called project coast. it was a sort of doomsday plan, that if they got overwhelmed and were going to be wiped out they would get revenge from beyond the grave. its capstone was a virus that would sterilize all black males, only to be released at the last possible minute, to guarantee that even in death there would be a victory.

the fascinating part of this is that Col. Gaddafi was providing much of the funding and expertise for project coast.

QUISLING was a remarkable individual - very much a HUMANITARIAN, was FLUENT in RUSSIAN and had been a military LIASION there, worked TIRELESSLY to relieve the suffering of people victimized by the BOLSHEVIK regime.
