ii. payment is made when the form has been replied to or received by @SeIenite to avoid unwanted things (you can make payment in advance/half the price before the moodboard is finished).

iii. if the preview has been given, you are not allowed to cancel the order or refund, unless there is an fault from @SeIenite.

iv. formless is perfectly acceptable, but once the preview has been given it cannot be cancelled.

v. processing time 1-7 days, depending on the level of difficulty. you can inrush with an additional fee.
