@everyone Updates for users:

For users who have already bridged MATIC to hMATIC, we have a couple of suggestions:
■ They can bridge USDT or USDC from other networks to hUSDT or hUSDC on HeLa.
■ By using Cytoswap, they can swap to HLUSD.
■ With HLUSD, they can cover transaction fees and bridge hMATIC back to MATIC.

This works the same for BNB & ETH

Additionally, we’re planning to introduce a new feature that allows users to bridge tokens from HeLa network to other networks without requiring HLUSD for transaction fees (e.g., gasless bridge). This will take about one to two weeks to implement! Stay tuned!

HeLa Discord Incident Report: Unauthorized AccessDear HeLa Community,

We regret to inform you that our Discord server experienced unauthorized access earlier today. We take the security of our community very seriously, and we want to provide you with a transparent overview of the incident and the actions we're taking to address it.

Incident Overview:-Date and Time of Incident: May 9th, 3 AM SG time
-Nature of Incident: Unauthorized access/hacking
-Impact: One of our core team members, Ume's Discord account, was hacked despite having 2FA settings. The hacker joined the server, removed/banned some OG, early birds, and other members, and took over the announcement channel to post fake airdrop messages. The hacker also removed all moderators and general channels, preventing member communication.

Immediate Actions Taken:Our moderator informed the community immediately, but the moderator was subsequently removed from Discord. A Telegram announcement was made promptly. Unfortunately, the core team was not available at the time, as it was 3:30 AM in Singapore.

Damages:-15K members reduction (hacker removed members)
-Removal of some channels such as countries channel, general chat, faucet, testnet channel
-Loss of user points
-Some members lost their roles in channels

Investigation and Resolution:We are still restoring the channels and working on resolving issues such as user points.

Plans for Resolution and Prevention:We have removed Ume from our core team Discord, and she has deleted her Discord account. We will investigate her PC and other potential hacking attempts. We have informed all members to strengthen their security settings.

User Recommendations:-Do not click on suspicious links.
-If your wallet is connected to any website,
revoke access immediately.
-Ensure passwords are complex and enable 2FA.

Next Steps:We will focus on recovery and channel restoration.

We understand that incidents like these can be concerning, and we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to address the situation promptly and effectively. The security and privacy of our community are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work through this issue.
