So there's an epidemic of poor vit b absorption causing an epidemic of people who can't methylate, causing increased cancer rates and increased infertility, also depression, anxiety, autism, really heaps of things etc. But this goes further, without absorbing b vits the thyroid gland cant function properly, so we have an epidemic of people with shit functioning thyroids, this also leads to more sickness and death and less fertility, the thyroid gland is very important. A bad functioning one messes with hormones, it literally causes homos n trannies to be born, half men/half women semi freaks(no offence just telling the truth here, you have to face the truth about things, I know the ABC like to tell you gays are the greatest things in the universe but it is a disorder and that doesnt mean i think they should be killed or bullied or anything). Messing with the methylation cycle and the thyroid gland are two huge things to fuk up in the body, it's like throwing a giant spanner into a machine with all these moving parts. So they eat red meat n then just shit it out quickly. This has caused an epidemic of anemia(low iron) and iron is needed for a functioning thyroid, so its caused more bad thyroid problems and in particular lower testosterone. We must take ACTIVATED B complex vits coz we cant absorb the normal b vits in foods or in the standard b complex vitamin, we have the DNA error. I dont think there is a way to correct this MTHFR DNA mutation. We need to drink fluoride free water, take a thyroid support supplement not just iodine, take an iron supplement and also take an activated b9 n b12 supplement under the tongue for absorption coz it absorbs best that way and the activated b complex isnt enough. Taking these supplements daily will get us methylating correctly and have a correctly functioning thyroid gland, so we wont get sick or have health problems or mental health problems or be sterile.
