Orlando is perhaps my favorite book of all times. The pages are practically covered in annotations and comments. It’s safe to say that I know its words by heart.

I don’t think the film’s plot did the book justice, but then again, I think the way the book is written makes it difficult to adapt by nature.

However, I can safely say that Orlando has succeeded in terms of looks and aesthetics. Tilda Swinton has done a phenomenal job in bringing Orlando to life.
