Out of two women crying on the highway, one will leave this job in a week, return home, find a job in her town, where her family, husband, child are. She will give birth to a second child, start studying psychology – these women are working with you on the first level.

- And betrayal? Can betrayal do anyone any good? The family will fall apart!
- Family? There is no family there anymore! The wife has forgotten that she is a woman, the husband drinks, they argue, blackmail, bargain with the children. It is a long, painful process, but each of them will learn something. The wife will return to your books, will start living for herself, will build a wonderful relationship, will be happy, the children will grow up in love, without arguments...
- And will it be possible to keep the family?
- There is such a chance.
- What a job!
- You will get used to it. The important thing is that it is effective. As soon as you throw a person out of their comfort zone, they will start moving! Most people are built this way.
- And what if that doesn't help?
- Then we have the third level - we educate through loss. But that is a completely different story..."

1. Having loved my parents, siblings, spouse, children, and friends, I have now begun to love myself.

8. I have learned to ignore wrinkles or stains on my shirt. Personality speaks louder than appearance.

9. I leave people who don’t value me. They may not know my worth, but I do.

10. I stay calm when someone plays dirty to beat me in the rat race. I am not a rat and I don’t belong to any race.

11. I am learning not to be ashamed of my emotions. My emotions make me human.

12. I have realized that it is better to put my ego aside than to break up a relationship. My ego will keep me away, whereas in a relationship I will never be alone.

13. I have learned to live each day as if it were my last. After all, it may be my last.

14. I do what makes me happy. I am responsible for my own happiness and I owe it to myself. Happiness is a choice. You can be happy at any time, just decide to be!”
