to ask right questions
and to awaken this questioning process

we should do it daily as well, like:
when you hear that there is some conflict somewhere or social tension
you ask yourself: “why? did it have place in history? how did people adress this problem before?..”
and other questions that will turn on your thinking process

it's totally the opposite to being reactive to "breaking news!!!!!!" section, which give you feeling of being informed.
you are informed, but not being able to make a step back
and to get understanding.

after you also create active approach in your life,
not passive
instead of complaining, you start to think this way: "the world is unjust" -> "am i just?"
and then questions...
then you make a small action to change reality around you

Посты в телеграм (лучше чем в инст, но всё же) не дают такого знания и понимания вещей, как это дают книги. Одна книга даёт больше знания и понимания связи вещей, чем тысячи постов. Она больше погружает Вас в отдельную тему и заставляет задуматься.

Поэтому, если у вас есть своя комплексная система взглядов на определенные темы, есть опыт и экспертиза, то попробуйте ее сформировать в виде книги
