I just would like to inform that there has been some technical issue with the email blasting software regarding our Thursday check in letter. It's been a week now and I thought I should let you know. Their technical team are still trying to rectify this issue. ?

This is my first time doing such project and I really want it to be smooth so that I can provide you guys the best experience but things went sideway ? Sorry for the hiccup and thank you so much for your patience.
