I just realized that my grandmother is the only sober person I know- no sugars, no nicotine, alcohol on special occasions rarely ( для компании), no pills of any kind, no herbals, no coffee maybe tea! Just hard work, gardening, perseverance, kindness, devotion, love and compassion. The only thing I wish is that she didn’t worry so much about everyone, so she wouldn’t have migraines. And that she learns to just chill! I love my grandma. Call your grandma. Kiss her. Hug her. Listen to her. Look her in the eyes. Gaze. Let’s spend our time wisely. Love is the only currency and frequency ❤️

And grandpa!! And anyone elderly that you love. Just do it.
