A short note on the journey of 2023(RepublicIAS) and few takeways to the UPSC aspirants ..

REPUBLICIAS initiated offline in 2022 .. Trust me Guys. UPSC coaching is more difficult than what I expected...

Yes .. enrollments were Good for prelims and mains , More Numbers for interview Guidance this year , yes , students cleared this exam in 2023 . A sense of confidence is increasing towards our personal Growth with many learnings and experiences...

But the most difficult part is to see Aspirant failing in prelims,mains and interview something which correlates with most of them ..

Sometimes it raises Questions are we training right ? Is it enough for Aspirants ? Why aspirants fall into unnecessary traps when it is not required and so on .. !

But as of now my little wisdom is telling that ..
A candidate clearing this exam is not beacuse of him or institution alone ..

There are more things to this ..
That is competition.. execution on the day (world cup final is one sort of example) . Timing (doing right things in right time )
Clarity, confidence, pressure , panic , mental health etc ...

To summarize - for the result to turn into your favour ..
You need PATIENCE. not to few (offcourse there would be exception) .. but to Many .. yes PATIENCE and PRACTICE in right way will definitely make you sail one day ..

So to those who have started: assess yourself clearly and ensure you attain the skills to clear this exam -things do take time ..

And to those experienced , Have patience and upgrade the skills required .. you are half way through.. maybe this will be your year ...

And I genuinely wish each and every individual to clear this year ..
