For those who applied for Graduate Admission Test (GAT) for second semester MSc and PhD Programs admission, University Graduate Admission Test (GAT) test dates are December 26 and December 27, 2024. It is to remind you that you get prepared and sit for the exams to join one our MSc or PhD programs . Our programs are:
1. Computer Engineering - MSc (Regular and Extension) and PhD (Regular) 2. Communication Engineering - MSc (Regular and Extension) and PhD (Regular) 3. Control Engineering - MSc (Regular and Extension) and PhD (Regular) 4. Electrical Power Engineering - MSc (Regular and Extension) and PhD (Regular)

Information regarding GAT can be obtained from the telegram of the Institute for Educational Research (IER), Testing Center at Testing Center_IER_AAU using the link t.me/aauGAT.

Today is the deadline to apply for GAT. Those who want to join one of our programs should first sit for GAT exam and pass the exam.

Follow the steps listed below and get registered for the GAT፡

1. Go to https://Portal.aau.edu.et

2. Click Apply for the exam

3. Fill Test Taker Registration form

4. Upload Passport-size size photo [test taker’s photo]

5. Click Submit

6. Copy the generated number

7 Use Tele Birr to pay the GAT testing fee of 750 birr. Foreign applicants (non-Ethiopian) are required to pay an equivalent fee of USD 50 in Ethiopian birr.

1. Once paid, download and print your Admission Ticket. You should bring the Admission Ticket on the date of GAT exam.

For All Registered in 6th Round Training Programs
We have sent an email containing information about the class start of our programs. The Python Programming will commence today October 28, 2024 at 3:30 PM in the afternoon. Therefore, check your emails for detailed information.

Today is the deadline to register for our training programs.

You can attend both online, physically or alternatively as you would like but we encourage physical attendance.

1. Python Programming:-Monday, Wednesday and Friday (3:30 pm - 7:30 pm, October 28 - November 23, 2024).
2. Artificial Intelligence:Monday, Wednesday and Friday (3:30 pm - 7:30 pm, November 25 - December 21, 2024).

1. Data Analytics and Visualization:Tuesday and Thursday (3:30 pm - 7:30 pm) and  Saturday (8:30 am - 12:30 pm),Dates: November 25, 2024 to March 25, 2025.
