These launchpads used a tool called Disperse.app to dump all their tokens at once on a centralized exchange (CEX), despite having a refund period in place. This reckless action undermined the token’s value and, more importantly, betrayed the trust of our team, community, and supporters.

This statement is part of our initial, rapid post-mortem of the TGE. We are committing all our resources to fully understand what happened and ensure we act decisively. We will pursue every legal and reputational avenue to hold these bad actors accountable. These behaviors are unacceptable—they not only harm hardworking teams like ours but erode trust in the entire ecosystem.

From the outset, we saw potential in issuing a token to accelerate the development and marketing of Life's Meta. Drawing on our experience in the web3 space, we designed a token (LIFEM) packed with real utility for users, traders, and creators. Our goal was to align our funding needs with a product that had immediate value for the community. However, we underestimated the severe challenges of today’s market.

The crypto landscape has been fraught with uncertainty and poor sentiment. Liquidity has dried up, in part due to the distractions of speculative trends like a popular presidential memecoin that drained attention and resources from meaningful projects. Against this backdrop, we made the regrettable decision to partner with two launchpads. Despite receiving advice against it, we entered into formal agreements that demanded a significant allocation—15% of the tokens—to these entities. They assured us they would act responsibly, with refund periods in place to safeguard against harm.

But they didn’t.
