💚As a medical student, it’s crucial to know how to respond during an earthquake –not just for your safety but also to assist others in need. Here's what to do.

1️⃣Before: prepare yourself

✅Keep essentials like a first aid kit and flashlight handy.

2️⃣During: Protect Yourself

✅Drop:to the ground
✅Cover: under a sturdy furniture
✅Hold On:until the shaking stops

‼️ If you’re inside, stay inside! Don’t run outside during the shaking.
‼️Stay Away from Windows and avoid objects that could fall or shatter.

3️⃣ After: Be Ready to Act

✅Check for injuries and Administer first aid if trained.
✅Be cautious of fallen debris, broken glass, or fire hazards
✅Help others in need, especially those with mobility impairments or injuries.
✅Stay Calm

Remember: Every action counts, so stay informed, stay calm, and always be ready to help!
