Closure of the Initial Coin Offering (ICO) for AXS utility tokens

15 December 2018 – The following is to announce the closure of the Initial Coin Offering (ICO) for AXS utility tokens conducted by AXenS AXS Incorporated (AXenS), a Panama Entity.

It has been decided that all contributions will be returned to all participants in the pre-ICO and ICO process.

This is as a result of both the current crypto-currency environment which has led the AXS ICO soft-cap no longer being attained, and also management's decision to pursue primarily private institutional investment outside of the ICO process.

As we work through the framework and process for the orderly flow back of contributions to participants in the ICO; we anticipate a timeframe of maximum one month for the entire process to be settled. We are extremely grateful for the continued support the AXenS project had received.
