Subject: Request for Relaxation in Age Limit for AEE Recruitment

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to kindly request your consideration regarding the age limit for the upcoming AEE recruitment in ONGC.

As we are aware, there has been no recruitment drive for the past four years, and many aspirants like myself have been eagerly waiting for an opportunity. Previously, the age limit for general category candidates was 30 years. However, in the current recruitment notification, the age limit has been reduced to 26 years, which has caused concern among many candidates who had been preparing for the exams over the past few years.

The global pandemic (COVID-19) and the associated challenges disrupted the preparation process for many of us. As a result, several candidates have now found themselves ineligible for the position due to the revised age limit. Considering the circumstances, I would like to request ONGC to reconsider the age limit and bring it back to 30 years, as it was in the past, to allow deserving candidates to apply.

I believe that this adjustment would provide a fair opportunity for all aspirants who have been affected by the pandemic and the long wait for recruitment.
