Update on L1 Call:

- First round of approvals have been done

- counter argument was to break funding down in milestones

- wrapping up revised proposal based on milestone today / submitting it tonight

- final sign off early next week

- take a couple weeks to deploy on main net

- L1 token incentives as well with final approval

Out of 7,500 applicants only 4 projects have been accepted into the incubation program for IBC & Andromeda (both at the same time)

Proud to announce we are the 5th project

So what does this mean? What is happening next

1. Process is around No More than 2 months

Month 1: VC calls / raise

Month 2: marketing for TGE

1. Since they are aware of what has happened, people are already here / invested / etc.

They proposed a fair launch and fast pace calls

No launchpads, etc.

The raise will be for liquidity and CEX purposes and to extend the Solar runway

Highlights From the Call:

1 )Going the Traditional Fundraising Route - Launchpad Partner announcement tomorrow

2) Team is working on Refunds to try and get them processed today

3) Why Refund?

Majority of everyone bought in at .20 or higher

Not Fair to launch around 0.006 and have 80% of people get wrecked right away - we care about this project and community

This is not how we want to launch.

Other examples on why price being to low is bad:

CEX needs 50k worth of tokens - doesn't make sense to give 1 CEX a bulk of the supply versus a higher price point

People buying in super low, are obviously going to dump on everyone
