Mysterious disappearance of a student in #Homs and a worrying message raising concerns about her fate

Contact was lost with the young woman #Hala_Rafe_Salama, a second-year student in the Faculty of Psychological Counseling at #Homs_University, after she entered the university campus on the morning of Sunday, February 16, 2025.

Hala was seen inside the college during a scientific symposium at 10 a.m., and she remained there until 11 a.m., before communication with her was cut off. Later, text messages from her were received without calls, indicating that she would not be late, but concern escalated after a suspicious message arrived at 1 p.m., which read: "Give up Hala, go take her corpse."

The incident has raised concern among her family and friends, amid calls for the relevant authorities to intervene to uncover the circumstances of her disappearance and her fate.
