• The quorum for all NDC houses (House of Merit , CoA and TC) shall constitute 51% of the votes cast by current members in each house.

• If house members vacate their positions before the next election, the NDC operating team must modify the A++ smart contract within 3 working days when a house member departs.

• If CoA reinstates Congress members, the NDC operating team must modify the A++ smart contract within 3 working days when the Congress member was reinstated.

• To amend changes implementation process by changing Governance framework with this phrase "Changes To the Governance Framework, The changes are then implemented immediately after voting by VB without waiting for the next Congress."

• A Fast Track Grant program of small grants for ecosystem contributors with an OG SBT.
• Funding of individual contributors that may not be a member of a specific community or that do not meet the criteria of approved funding nodes.
• If you hold an OG SBT, NDC Contributor, or NDC Core Contributor SBT, you qualify for a one-time fast-track grant of 185 NEAR
• Applications are accepted on the 1st of the month until 150 apps are reached. You can only claim the grant 1 time until results are shown.
• Existing contributions to V1 Gov also apply and are applicable for the grant.
• Timeline : 4 months with a cap of 150 applications per month.
