Go to bed at night knowing you have given your absolute best.

The gym is but one facet that should constitute the area of your activities. It's the most prominent and straightforward example.

Master mindfulness in every action you undertake.

Do one thing at a time and immerse you mind and soul into it. Whether it's reading a book, walking the dog, playing with the children, doing the dishes, getting dressed, etc.

Leave the rest of humanity behind. Let undisciplined fools perpetually chase their owl tails. You are different and are meant for things of a higher nature. Or are you not?

Never look back. There is too much to be heartbroken about. You will not survive yourself this way—much less overcome it. It’s good that what’s gone is gone. Better to forget. Look forward always! Rejoice in chaos! What did Nietzsche say about the dancing star! The future belongs to us!
