NSWPP Stormtrooper’s uniform shirt, 1973
Many ST had more than one shirt: an expensive, quality shirt for formal occasions & a cheaper shirt for public activities, where dangers of the shirt being ruined in fight or confiscated (stolen) by the police was always a possibility.

The tie is a clip-on, to prevent the wearer from being choked on a fight or an arrest.

The collar tabs (two red stripes on a black background) indicate the rank of Group Leader (GL). The Swastika pin on the left pocket indicates that this trooper is a full Member (not a Probationary Member or an Official Supporter). The ribbon worn on the left is a party award - in this case, the Party Service Medal. The star in the middle of the ribbon indicates that this trooper has won the award twice.
