Tap water we as humans drink sits at a PH Level between 7 and 8.

Chickens require water with a PH Level of 6. So we have been busy designing and building a water filter that provides the perfect water for our chickens.

Today work also began on our Worm Farm to give our chickens that extra natural protein they require whilst making it fun for them to hunt them.

Tomorrow work begins on the sand bath and continuation of our water filter system.

Yep that's right we make coleslaw (dry mix no onion) for our chickens and they love it.

Today is pretty much an admin day. Getting ready for the forthcoming deliveries. We have new additions to our flock arriving at the weekend and have two Oxford Sandy and Black Pigs arriving in the coming weeks. Ideal for pork, bacon and ham. A natural browser and forager that produces succulent meat.
