Dr. McCullough appeared with Dr. Gina Loudon and both agreed the debate fell short on healthcare, particularly the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and the vaccine debacle. McCullough had talking points for Trump that would almost certainly guarantee him a resounding victory in November with a gushing sound of independent and democratic votes coming from those wronged and damaged by the COVID-19 vaccine and its mandates.

Here are the points suggested for Trump: “I did my job during the pandemic by expediting Operation Warp Speed and other critical administrative initiatives. Anthony Fauci lied to me on many aspects of the crisis. The safety debacle of COVID-19 vaccination occurred during the Biden Administration. If I get into office, I am going to investigate what happened with the vaccine and make it right with America.” @RealDrGina @RealAmVoice

Health and Human Services Assistant Director Levine is the first transgender US government official in history. Levine is a pediatrician who began life as “Richard” and during adulthood changed his gender to female and took the name “Rachel.”

On prime-time national TV, Dr. McCullough called out Levine as a man who is living out his gender fantasy as a woman. In McCullough’s opinion, this does not give Levine the right or authority to push Biden Administration transgender ideology onto young people in America who are vulnerable, many of whom have autism spectrum disorder which is common among those with gender dysphoria.

Aaron Kheriaty, MD was one of the plaintiffs in Missouri v. Biden. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals found there had been some coercion in the government's contact with social media companies in violation of the First Amendment. The government appealed, and in October 2023, the Supreme Court agreed to review the case, which became Murthy v. Missouri. Yesterday, the Supreme Court ruled 6–3 that the states lacked standing to bring suit.
