👨‍💻On February 12, 2025, the Tashkent University of Information Technologies organized the next online meeting of the INMACOM project, at which the following issues were reviewed and discussed:

- Comments of ERASMUS+ officer for Interim Report and project's tasks for coming half year.;

- Organization of training for UZ teachers on laboratory experiments;

- Organization of student mobility;

- Organization of training for engineers of non-academic partners.

⚡️The “Photonics and Optical Communications” laboratory, funded by the INMACOM project of the European Union ERASMUS + program, has been established at the Urgench branch of TUIT.

👨‍🎓The new laboratory will serve to train a new generation of engineers specializing in photonics and optical communications, contributing to the development of telecommunications.

The next Steering Committee meeting is being held in Brussels, Belgium, on November 27-29, within the framework of the European Union Erasmus+ program INMACOM .

🔻The meeting, organized at the Vrije Universiteit Brussels, is attended by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Ghent University of Belgium, Turin Polytechnic University of Italy, Tashkent University of Information Technologies, National University of Uzbekistan, Tashkent University of Information Technologies Urgench Branch, Samarkand State University, as well as specialists from Uzbektelecom JSC and Mir Solar LLC.

🔺The meeting is discussing the status of the project's first half-year summary report. Also, information on the project's internal quality control is being studied.
