So in case y'all haven't heard, Joe Biden is granting a presidential pardon to his son, Hunter Biden, despite promising he would not do so back in June

Hunter Biden was originally scheduled for sentencing on December 12th for gun charges (which honestly shouldn't be a crime), and for tax evasion on December 16th (which shouldn't be a crime either). Hunter Biden is also a known cocaine user, but at the moment hasn't been charged with possession.

The solemnity of Christ as the King of the Universe marks the end of the liturgical calendar of the Catholic Church. The celebration was extended to the whole Church by Pope Pius XI in 1925. Jesus Christ represented as King reminds us that (1) Jesus Christ should be exalted above all creatures as he is the “King of Kings, Lord of Lords.” (Rev. 19:16); and (2) Jesus Christ will return in the last days as king to judge all humankind.
