ဒီ position ကနေ ဒီဇိုင်းဆွဲတာကစလို့ တပ်ဆင်တာအဆုံးထိ ဆိုလာပရောဂျက်တစ်ခုလုံးကို ဘယ်လို handle လုပ်ရမယ်ဆိုတာ သိသွားမှာ ဖြစ်လို့ solid ဖြစ်တဲ့ ဆိုလာ project management အတွေ့အကြုံတွေရမယ်။ Site Engineer တွေ Client တွေနဲ့ communicate လုပ်ရမှာ ဖြစ်လို့ communication skill ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာမှာ တိုးတက်လာမယ်။

Job Requirements
Design solar systems (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid)
Learn engineering software relevant to solar projects (PVsyst, Sketchup, SolarProTool, Helioscope, QGIS, etc.)
Learn and apply relevant electrical and building codes to solar designs
Create all drawings relevant to solar projects (layout, SLDs, etc.)
Assist project engineers to successfully execute all project management activities for EPC projects
Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Be curious about new technologies and projects and research how to find appropriate solutions
Create and update technical documentation
Maintain quality outcomes by performing appropriate quality control
