关于闲鱼的服务费问题，本来就是彻头彻尾的商业行为，不违法，也不有违道德，如果一定要说损害了谁的利益，我只能说损害了那些搬砖的傻逼的利益，而搬砖的本质也是商业行为，如果你不去交这个服务费，你也应该去国家税务网站申报相关税务问题，而一些人又想搬砖又不像付出对应的代价则开始抱怨这种商业行为，虚拟产品不在退还范围内而又去申请，我认为相关主体公司应根据《治安处罚法》中扰乱企业经营秩序罪向企业所在地报警，并按照相关条款追责
