Eating habits play one of the most crucial role in our life. Consequently, it is believed that not consuming animal flesh, fish or other living thing products give an opportunity to live in good trim. While there are significant advantages to these measures, there are also notable drawbacks that must be considered.
          One of the most compelling advantage of avoiding high-protein meals is its impact in losing nonessential weight. As we know, among the recent society a great deal of people who are suffering from myriad serious health ailments such as heart diseases and concern. The main reason for this is their negligence to stick to a diet and eat high-carbohydrated commodities in their daily lifestyle. Most part of individuals have a strong preference for consuming meat which are prepared in various ways like barbecue and kebab. If they begin to select beneficial vegetables, fruits and curtail their performances to meat, their life will be extremely changed. A good illustration of this is my accommodation place. Many human beings who are residing in there are vegetarian. Therefore, meat is not able to be found in majority of shopping centers. As well as the number of people who are suffering from obesity or other health problems are less in there.
           Conversely ,the disadvantages of abstaining from meat can not be overlooked. Countless individuals, families have a farm and make money aim caring animals and selling them. If the demand for meat is decrease, nobody will purchase their cows, bulls. This situation leads to ruin of farmers' business and job-cuts. There is not merely one farmer on the Earth and after these circumstances millions of people  will lose their occupations. It is detrimental action for not only farmers' family members but also for country which they reside. Because the government is always responsible for its citizens and they must provide them with other professions to improve country's iconomy. A clear example of this is a one region of the Turkey. According to the latest news, everyone who live in a same area get rid of their habits to eat meat. As a consequence, farmlands are complaining to the head of their country about their financial crisis.
         To sum up briefly, while having a diet have beneficial aspects for people's life and general health, it also resulted in business running and economic hardship among many ranchers.
