Grooves in the rocks of Gotland

More than 3,600 chamfered, notched or sheared stones can be found on the Swedish island of Gotland.

Scientists assume that these stones were used for sharpening swords, as they show marks indicating that the swords were held perpendicular to the surface. However, this form of sharpening is not the most efficient.

It is interesting to note that similar traces can be found on the stone slopes of Gotland.

In the state of California, a huge structure of unknown origin at a depth of more than 100 meters has been discovered at the site that researchers call the "Holy Grail". This structure is so large that it can be seen even from a satellite.

Mohenjo-Daro - an ancient and developing civilization 3,000 years old

Flooding, devastation or pogroms should have left obvious marks on the ruined Mohenjo-Daro civilization. However, neither layers of silt nor traces of weapons were found at the excavation site. The question arises: how did this civilization come to its end? Perhaps it was a long process of cultural decline? Or was an epidemic or an attack by conquerors a possible scenario? However, none of the skeletons found showed marks characteristic of blows with cold weapons.

Among the rubble and ruins of Mohenjo-Daro are often found lumps of sintered clay and whole layers of green glass. When these materials were analyzed, the melting point was found to be in the range of 1400-1500 °C. The question arises: How was it possible to heat vast open areas to such high temperatures?

Iron pipes have been found in the People's Republic of China

They were created at a time when iron was not yet smelted.

These are the Baigun Pipes, which were discovered on Baigunshan Mountain in the People's Republic of China in 1966.

Their age exceeds five thousand years. Subsequent analysis of the microstructure of the pipes excluded the possibility that they were created by humans.
