حاتكلم عن موضوع الاعتماد عشان اي زوول يكون ملم بكل التفاصيل الممكنه والحاجات الممكن تعملها من اسي :

1. في ٢٠١٠ الECFMG : educational commission of foreign medical education دي الهيئه المسؤوله عن اعتماد الطلاب الاجانب : خريجي الجامعات خارج أمريكا وديل بسموهوم IMG : international medical graduates قالو اي طبيب عايز يقدم لي ECFMG certification لازم يكون طالب او خريج جامعه معتمده بواسطه الWFME : World federation of medical education وحددوا deadline انو لحدي ١ يناير ٢٠٢٤ لازم الجامعه تكون اعتمدت بواسطه WFME

2. بعداك الWFME في اي دوله حددت accrediting agency عشان تقوم بمهمه الاعتماد لانو ماممكن يزوروا العالم كلو وفي السودان الجسم المعتمد هو المجلس الطبي السوداني وهو معتمد لحدي ٢٠٢٨ وبعداك قد يمدوا الاعتماد بتاعو وقد يقيف على كده واذا وقف معناها الا يعاد اعتمادو من جديد وهكذا

1. حاليا موضوع الاعتماد ده بخص اي زوول عايز يقدم على ECFMG certification يعني عايز يمارس الطب في أمريكا ، لكن قد يمتد والله بعد زمن يبدأ يشمل باقي الامتحانات العالميه زي plab , MRC , OET وباقي الحاجات باعتبار اي دوله تاني حتطالب انك خريج جامعه معتمده وحتى تاني اذا مقدم على اي شي منحه او غيرو قد يفضلو خريجي الجامعات المعتمده

2. السودان حاليا فيهو من ٦٦ لي ٧٢ كليه طب وقد تكون اكتر سواء كليه منفصله او تبع جامعه ، الجامعات الاخدت الاعتماد بواسطه
   WFME
   هم جامعتين فقط : جامعه الخرطوم والجزيره

في حاليا جامعات شغاله في موضوع الاعتماد ديل ٢٠ كليه طب فقط من أصل قريب ٧٢ كليه طب ، باختصار في حوالي قريب ٥٢ كليه طب في السودان ديل طلبتهم او خريجنهم ماحيقدروا

في الصور تحت في اسماء الجامعات الشغاله في الاعتماد منهم في الخطوات الأولى ، منهم الفي النص ، منهم الفي الخطوات النهائيه

عموما موضوع الاعتماد من بدايتو بياخد من ١٢ لي ١٨ شهر يعني لو جامعتك مابدت الاعتماد مااظن تقدر تعتمد بعد شهر ١ سنه ٢٠٢٤

1. طيب حاليا في حوالي ٣٣ كليه طب هي البحق لي طلابها الكملو الBasic او سنتين من الجامعه او خريجينها انهم يبدوا في
   Ecfmg certification

والجامعات حارفقها تحت المنشور

عموما الECFMG شويه سهلت الموضوع وقالو انو اي زول بدا موضوع الECFMG certification قبلي شهر ١ سنه ٢٠٢٤ يحق ليهو يكمل عادي باقي الامتحانات واي شي حتى لو جامعتك مااعتمدت بعد شهر ١ سنه ٢٠٢٤ بشرط انو جامعتك تكون في اللسته بتاعت ٤٥ جامعه في اللينك الفوق، إذا جامعتك ماموجوده مطلوب من الكليه تحصل على ECFMG sponsor note وده موضوع ماصعب شديد وعايز سك بس ممكن ، بعد جامعتك تحصل على Sponsor note تاني ممكن تبدأ إجراءات الECFMG certification وتكون في الSafe site

٦.طيب هل مطلوب اني اكون امتحنت اي امتحان قبلي ٢٠٢٤ ؟

لا

المطلوب كالتالي تعمل اولي شي ECFMG or USMLE ID ده زي بتفتح حساب في اي حته وده رقم عشان تقدر بعدين تخاطب او تراسل بيهو الECFMG وحيكون معاك طوالي

الخطوه التانيه مطلوب منك :
تكمل فورم اسمو certification of identity form : form 186 وهنا ده بتاكدو من جامعتك عندها Sponsor note اولا
مابياخد غير ٢ - ٣ اسابيع

وده عشان تكملو محتاج تدفع ١٦٠ دولار وبعدين حتلاقيك محاميه وتتاكد منك

المهم تعمل USMLe ID + يكون معاك باسبورد ساري الصلاحيه + تدفع ١٦٠ دولار

كده حتكون تاني ماعندك اي مشكله
لو عملت ECFMG I'd براهو مش حينفع لازم تكمل الفورم 186 والحاجه الكويسه انو الفورم بيكون ساري الصلاحيه( valid indefinitely )

الخطوات الفاتت دي ماعندها علاقه بالتسجيل للامتحان وبعدها تقدر تحجز امتحانك في الوقت العايز تمتحن فيهو

1. نصائح اخيره عامه :

2. حتى لو جامعتك شغاله في الاعتماد مامعناها حيعتمدوها قبلي شهر ١ سنه ٢٠٢٤
   في جامعات شغاله في الاعتماد وبدت يادوب ودي الله اعلم تلحق مع الوضع الحاصل

3. الموضوع كلو بكلف ١٦٠ دولار واكرر نعم الموضوع بخص امتحانات الاستب لكن اي دوله قد تعمل نفس الشروط في اي وقت

4. دي برضو نصيحه لي اي زوول عندو واحد من اهلو عايز يقرأ طب ، موضوع الجامعه تكون معتمده ده مهم شديد للمستقبل سواء كان عايز يقرأ في السودان او بره

5. خطوات التسجيل ماصعبه بس عايزه زول بعرف احسن عشان يتفادى الأخطاء ويكون في الجانب الأمن

6. انا بشتغل الخطوات السابقه كلها لحدي تبقى في الsafe side ونتابع معاك من البدايه وتاني ماتكون عندك مشكله اذا جامعتك اعتمدوها او لا بي رسوم شبه رمزيه بي مبلغ ٥ الف جنيه

2. Reduction mammoplasty " breast reduction " : removal of skin and glandular tissue to reduce back or Shoulder pain for women with gigantomastia or or men with gynecomastia

3. Mastopexy " breast lift " : lifting or reshaping breast to be less saggy often after weight loss or pregnancy it involves removal of the breast skin as opposed to glandular tissue

Colorectal cancer:

70-80% of the case are sporadic
20-30% are familial ( Hereditary )

Hereditary are two :

1. Hereditary polyposis colorectal cancer and this associated with mutation in APC gene ( Adenomatous polyposis coli gene )
